Assist Food Servers and Bartenders with running food and beverages. Work in conjunction with the Food Server to meet guest satisfaction. Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness. Inspect entire floor area and ensure that it is clean. Bus tables at conclusion of guests' meals by wiping off table, all chairs and booth seats. Greet guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
